South East Regional RoadWise Advisory Group
SERRAG meets bi-monthly, in even months of the year (February, April, June, August, October and December).
Vision
The vision of SERRAG is to contribute to a coordinated approach to reduce the amount of road deaths and serious injuries in the South East corridor of the Perth metropolitan area.
Objectives:
- Improve road safety through education and awareness and behavioural change in the South East corridor of the Perth metropolitan area.
- Raise community awareness of road safety issues and initiatives in the South East corridor of the Perth metropolitan area.
- Facilitate a coordinated approach to community planning, development and implementation of road safety programs and promotions.
- Develop programs and projects that address the key classes of initiatives in the Towards Zero Road Safety Strategy 2008 – 2020.
- Coordinate regional funding applications for road safety initiatives and promote resource sharing where practical.
- Members of SERRAG promote and adhere to the Vision and Objectives.
