The Driver Reviver caravan that the Jurien Bay Lions had been using for many years had seen a lot of action. So when Jurien received funding for a new van and offered the old one to the Dalwallinu Lions Club, the new owners took up the challenge to refurbish it. With the job now complete and the caravan ready to roll again, the Dalwallinu Lions Club will be offering refreshments and free teas and coffees on the Great Northern Highway within their Shire.

Gingin also has a new van. theirs was made possible through a Community Road Safety Grant and time, patience and skill from strong advocates of road safety. Senior Constable Stuart Johnson, then of Gingin Police,
decided to engage the services of apprentice vehicle body builders at Thornlie campus Polytechnic WA to build the new van, which was completed in 2013. The Shire of Gingin, Gingin Police and Chittering-Gingin Senior Citizens now operate the Driver Reviver service on the Brand Highway during peak holiday periods.

The next addition to the Driver Reviver network will be at Wannamal, in the Shire of Chittering, as part of Chittering's "Slow Down, Enjoy the Ride" road safety campaign. The site should be operational by February
2014.
