Farewell, Cherie Wallace

 

Cherie was based in Kalgoorlie, providing continued support for the region whilst Tiffany Brown was on parental leave.

During that time Cherie supported the Local Governments and communities across the region to progress local road safety projects and campaigns. This included a four-day trip to the Western Australian – South Australian border, engaging with stakeholders and travellers along the way.

Cherie remains part of the RoadWise road safety network, having taken up the position of Main Roads WA Network Operations Manager (Goldfields-Esperance).

The recruitment process to fill the Goldfields-Esperance Road Safety Advisor position is underway. In the interim, Local Governments and members of the road safety network in the region seeking road safety information or support should contact WALGA's RoadWise on 9213 2000 or email roadwise@walga.asn.au
