Turn Your Lights On…

Drivers in the Kimberley are being urged to turn on their headlights while driving on unsealed roads to reduce the risk of being involved in a crash.

The Be Seen project was given a recent boost with mining company Rio Tinto donating $5000 towards the project. Local Governments in the region are providing in-kind support for the installation of the signs.

It is expected the signs will be installed on most Local Government controlled unsealed roads after the “wet”.
