Driver Reviver teams were out and about over the Labour Day long weekend, providing drivers with the chance to stop for a chat, have a break from driving and enjoy some refreshments.
The Shire of Plantagenet RoadWise Committee held a very successful Driver Reviver operation on Friday, 1 March with more than 100 cars stopping in, allowing drivers (and their passengers!) to stretch their legs, refresh their bodies and have a break.
Congratulations to the local volunteers, Shire staff, Main Roads WA team members and local police who came together to organise this local Driver Reviver operation.
The City of Wanneroo Driver Reviver operation will be active over the Easter long weekend and will be located on Indian Ocean Drive, near Acacia Road on Monday, 22 April.
Driver Reviver volunteers will also be out in force during the Easter long weekend in Gingin, Kojonup, Lake Grace and Cranbrook.

If you are planning a trip over the Easter long weekend, ensure you plan regular breaks on your journey and if you pass a Driver Reviver operation, stop in for a break and a coffee. For more information on Driver Reviver sites, visit https://www.roadwise.asn.au/driver-reviver.aspx.
