The Shire of Manjimup has recently installed courtesy speed display signs on Brockman Street, Pemberton following a successful trail using a set of signs available for loan from WALGA’s RoadWise.
The Shire trialled speed indicator devices over an eight-week period in 2022 which led to increased awareness of drivers and lower speeds through the main street of Pemberton.
Following the success of the trial a commitment was made by Council to fund the devices for ongoing use within the Shire.
