Bremer Bay Market Day Targets Driver Fatigue and Drink Driving

Visitors to the Bremer Bay Market Day, held on Saturday, 13 January were given the opportunity to learn more about how to prevent driver fatigue and drink driving as part of the WALGA RoadWise market stall.

Held at the Bremer Bay Sports Club, road safety promotions included a standard drinks pouring station where visitors could test their knowledge about standard drinks and try to pour one for themselves. Participants were also able to test their knowledge about driver fatigue by participating in a fatigue quiz.

If you are heading away for the long weekend, visit www.roadwise.asn.au/driver-reviver.aspx to find out if there is a Driver Reviver site operating on your route. You could also stop at one of the Coffee Stop locations for a rest and a free coffee for the driver.
