Children's Crossing Traffic Warden Positions Available

Published on Thursday, 17 February 2022 at 12:00:00 AM

The WA Police Force is actively recruiting individuals for Traffic Warden positions to become part of the program.

Traffic Wardens provide a safer opportunity for primary-aged children to cross carriageways at children’s crossings, enhancing the safety of students walking or riding to school.

Wardens work on school days for one hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon (before and after school) and are provided with full training and a uniform.

There is currently a shortage of Traffic Wardens across the metropolitan area.
