The Shire of Dardanup’s Harris Road is an important distributor road, connecting South Western Highway to industrial areas, and is also a popular route utilised by cyclists accessing the Ferguson Valley region.
The work for the project includes widening and strengthening the pavement, sealing, line-marking and signage. The upgrades also included widening and sealing of shoulders to provide a dedicated lane for cyclists, creating safer space for cyclists using the road alongside heavy vehicles.
